Westminster Presbytery is part of Vanguard Presbyterian Church which was formed as a continuing, Reformed, Presbyterian denomination, and is governed by the Westminster Standards as adopted by the OPC in 1939, and the PCA in 1973; and, the Book of Church Order which are all subject to and subordinate to the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments.
